- Selling logistics and supply chain services to companies both domestic and abroad.
- Interface with clients on a mid and senior level
- Identify and recommend new opportunities
- Promote the growth of key accounts and develop TMO products
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assisting the management to build and expand the company
Requirements
- Professional presentation
- Good relationship skills with customers and co-worker
- Min 10 years relevant experience in breakbulk logistics
- College degree or equivalent experience in external sales and operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven track record of negotiation skills
- Contacts in the breakbulk, shipping and project industries
- In-depth market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
- Employee domicile to be in Charlottesville or discussed.
- Healthy ambition, combined with an independent attitude
- Experience with TSA, IATA and FMC desired
- Travel up to 25%
