Description

  • Selling logistics and supply chain services to companies both domestic and abroad.
  • Interface with clients on a mid and senior level
  • Identify and recommend new opportunities
  • Promote the growth of key accounts and develop TMO products
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assisting the management to build and expand the company

Requirements

  • Professional presentation
  • Good relationship skills with customers and co-worker
  • Min 10 years relevant experience in breakbulk logistics
  • College degree or equivalent experience in external sales and operations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proven track record of negotiation skills
  • Contacts in the breakbulk, shipping and project industries
  • In-depth market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
  • Employee domicile to be in Charlottesville or discussed.
  • Healthy ambition, combined with an independent attitude
  • Experience with TSA, IATA and FMC desired
  • Travel up to 25%
