History
The roots of TMO Global Logistics date back more than 80 years in the agency and chartering firms of Montreal. The company as it is today was founded in Virginia (USA) in 2000 as a boutique, non-asset based logistics provider creating integrated break-bulk and multimodal solutions for European sawn-timber producers and North American importers. Since then TMO has opened offices in Brazil, Europe and the US in order to service growing customer requirements, modalities and develop new and existing trades further.
In 2005, TMO expanded on more core competencies by developing integrated “green” solutions for Wind Energy and project cargoes in North America. Now TMO is recognized for innovation as a pioneer logistics provider in the growing North American Wind Energy industry.
